AirB&B payout still not received

Hello,
I recently added my property located in South Africa on AirB&B.
The first 2 payouts went through smoothly and were received within 3 business days into my bank account.
The last pending payout was issued by AirB&B to Payoneer on the 24th Nov 2019 and the payout is still pending and not received.
I contacted AirB&B who were absolutely useless and told me to contact Payoneer directly. I am really disappointed at AirB&B for their lack of support with their payment facilitator (Payoneer).
Can someone help me out? Who can I contact to receive my payouts?

    Hello @PHuet the payment might be pending if some documents or your address for example is required in order to complete the verification of your account. You can easily verify this by directly contacting our support via chat , phone 1-646-658-3695 or social media buy sending a private message. Please reach out to our support and our representatives will verify your account and personally assist!

    Hi Cristale,
    I called the number you provided and my query was sent on to another team for resolution. Apparently, I was supposed to get an email that was never sent to me...
    I also found an email address on the AirB&B payout notification email: [email protected]
    I hope they can help.
