Funds still not received

Hi, Kaz. You responded to my query here on forum "funds not received". You told me to wait till 4th december, and then contact customer assistance for filing claim.

So I didn't receive it yesterday. So I contacted live chat and they told me to wait again for 4 to 5 business days
And they are not filing claim.

Can you please tell me what to do? I'm really frustrated now. Every time your representatives tell me to wait for 2 days then wait for 4 days and now again to wait for 4 to 5 days and no one is providing any solution. Please solve my problem!!

    Yes you have been asked to wait 3-5 business days because the representative have transferred the issue to the global transfer team so they can issue you a transfer confirmation for the transfer in question. This is the time it takes to issue the document. Once you receive the document, you just have to contact your bank and provide it to them, they will be able to locate your funds.
