Account Approval

It has been 2 months and my application is still pending. When i sent an email inquiring about this, it just states that applications are usually reviewed within 3 business working days. It further states "Please check your email to see if you received a request for further information regarding your account application. If you have, please follow the instructions in that email to proceed with the application process." I have not received any email, so I'm unsure if I need to submit anything further. How can I speed up the process?
