I opened my account a while ago and sent my driving licence as a proof of my identification when it was asked. I received my first payment a few days ago and I was again asked for this information. I sent my ID again. Also, scanned and sent my national ID as well but it seems only the driving licence was sent in. I sent my national ID and my credit card, showing clearly my name to the customer support. I can also send utility bills. Could you let me know how long this verification will last? I sent a payment to an approved bank account and it is still pending because of this.

The government ID you submitted got rejected due to insufficient quality. Please submit a clear high quality color picture of your government issued photo ID (front and back side). Go into your account ---> settings ---> verification center ---> and submit request information.
