Bank Authrozations for AWS

Hi, i'm using aws amazon and i have used my payoneer card. i have 1.16$ in my account
the problem is aws is saying payoneer is not accepting the authrizations approval.
how i can contact them about this?

    hi morgan,
    i have contacted them. they didn't provide me the enough fee amount. it only says 1.00 USD authrizations. i believe i must load more funds ?

    What is it you are trying to do? Verify your Amazon Account with a Payoneer card?

    Trying AWS Service Trial, they said they need 1.00 USD Authrizations my payoneer is blocking it and i can't see this proccess in my transactions, i also loaded 2$ that's so enough for it.

    I am also interested to know that can we register aws free trail with payoneer Master card and verify the 1$ transaction of it.
