Founds loaded on Expired USD card even do I have activated a new card long ago.

Hello. I have a problem. The founds from 99designs are loaded on my old expired USD card, even do I have the new EUR card. Can you somehow transfer the founds on my EUR card and delete the expired USD card so I don't have this problem again? Need it ASAP

    Hi dear, This is a card-based account so having an active card is crucial towards accessing any funds that you receive. You will need to reorder an USD card to access your funds.
