Im getting this error for 3 months now, and I am unable to verify my account despite sending all the information. please help me.

    @mubasharayub Hello,

    Please be advised that you need to submit a valid held ID. This means you will need to provide a picture of you holding your government issued photo ID in one hand and today's date written on a piece of paper in the other hand.
