I tried to log in to my account and asked for the 2-step code I put the 2 and it went wrong I was blocked, I contacted q said in 30 min the account was unlocked 1 day has passed and it was not what I do? I try to contact CHAT but ask me to log in to the site and when I try to say that I am blocked then how can I contact CHAT? impossible? someone help me please?

coloquei meu código por mais vezes do que necessario e bloqueou minha conta, nao consigo falar com ninguem para desbloquea-la, so recebo emails automaticos e ja fazem 4 dias
Alguem pode me ajudar por favor?
