I have contacted the Support team and they said that the problem will be resolved by Friday if not, they said that this issue will be escalated to the manager.
But so far nothing. What is happening? Please fix this problem asap

None of the above payment is made. I was told the payment will be cleared in 5 days. But it did not. Then I was told that I will get contacted by Manager within 3 to 4 hours by Saturday. But no response.
Then I got a mail from customer support team. and i replied to that.
Still no response. It has been 13 days to get payment from the same client.
What is happening? DON"T EVEN THINK OF CLOSING THIS TREAD, I DARE YOU
Hi there, I would suggest to contact the customer support to get an update on this case. It may have already been escalated.
