Why Support team respond tooooo late?

Hello,
My account has been blocked for last 3 days because Payoneer thinks I've visited Iran in recent past(which I've not in my whole life!).
I was asked to send some documents e.g. ID card and bills etc. for verification within 5 working days. I sent those without any delay.
After that support team went to silent mode and never respond back even I sent some followup emails and logged a complaint. No response from anywhere whatsoever (except some automated response from complaints service).
Is this normal from Support team? Because I see other posts people complaining about delays from support team.
If it is normal then it is one of a kind!

It can take up to 5 business days for documents to be reviewed, and as you've only had this issue for 3 days, we should continue to remain patient.
If you need an update you can call our support and they will be glad to provide one.
