Using Payoneer as payment gateway for adult themed art?

Hello. I tried contacting support but as a reply I got a redirection to FAQ articles and I'm not sure if I'll at all get a reply from a person from the text of the email, so I'm asking here as well.

Since each service provider reads the word "obscene" in a different context, for example Patreon doesn't allow erotica and pornography including actual people however there are no issues with illustrations, what would Payoneer's terms include under that? Would using the service in regards to an online store for art commissions and prints be off limits, or does it only apply to services that include actual people? There's rarely enough examples in the terms that give a clear answer if artists are banned as well and I couldn't find an answer using the search form in neither the FAQ articles nor the forum
