A payment to your account has been declined

Unfortunately my payment from paypal to payoneer has been declined.but payoneer told me balance returned to my paypal account 7-10 business days...but after 15 business days i am not getting my money in my paypal account.can anyone help me to solve this problem.thanks

This is usually because PayPal has received the payment but has failed to credit it back to your account. Please contact them for further instruction and have them credit the amount to you.
