Pending/upcoming Transaction

Hello. So Author's Dojo gave me my salary last May 1 on 4:34pm and 4:45pm GMT. But it's left on pending/upcoming transactions since then. I have complied to every requirement Payoneer requested me to pass ever since I signed up for Payoneer. I gave my Passport ID as well. I used my Mother's bank account for my Payoneer account because my bank account's not activated yet. How come I don't have my salary yet on my account , but my other colleagues have theirs already without too much of a hassle? I tried to e-mail already. I reached out in Payoneer's social medias. I followed up my boss about his payment to me but it says that it's still pending as well in his account. Please fix this ASAP because I have to pay my bills already. What seems to be the problem?

    At least yours appears as "pending"... mine has no existence at all (and payment was made twice, first on April 1st (they wired, so it failed) and on April 22nd - the second time following Payoneer's precise instructions- but not even the pending transaction appears!). Just imagine how I feel... this was April's income and we're already in May... :(

    Hi @txnyxv, after looking at your account it looks like you've received the payment in question.

    @Kora65, if you contact our customer support we'll be glad to look into it, although Payoneer can't hardly be held responsible for a payment that we haven't received into our system yet.
