Have not received any email demanding additional Information

I just made my new Payoneer account. I attached my local bank which is still in review. Now problem is that the status of bank account shows that they need additional information and they asked to check your email. But I have not received any email. Please help me.

    Hi, there is nothing required for the account. The issue is that the account is under an additional review that has not concluded yet. You will receive an e-mail in the coming days with an update.
