Doubt about wire transfer

Hi everybody, I am a little bit confused about the explanations for the different bank accounts.

I have a EU account and would like to receive payments from germany (companies) how ever I am a little bit confused about the receiving payment explanations.

One one site I got all the bank information like IBAN, Bank name and beneficial owner etc. on the other hand I read "Wire transfers are not supported"!

I am not a bank specialist but around all kind of payments in the end "Wire Transfers"? I mean if I tell my client in germany to pay to this account isnt this going to be a "wire" transfer?

What I am missing here? How can someone pay to a bank account without wire transfer? I guess i mix up words here and dont know how this works in the bank world.

I guess my question is in the end. Can my germany client with a german company bank account pay (wire?) the money to my payoneer account?

Thanks for clarifying...

I have the same question. What if someone already did a wire transfer? Does the charge get reversed?

@codebubble If someone already did a wire transfer, the funds will mostly likely get rejected and reversed to the funding source of where the payment came from.

    Thank you.
