RECIVING MONAY WITHOUT A CARD

Can i recive monay to my payoneer account without my payoneer card from freelancer.com ? or any other way? i still not have yet made 30 usd to get the card,and i dont know haw to get 30 usd in my payoneer accout!

    Hi there. Yes, you can. You have a balance account, so the card is not mandatory.
