Didn't receive the funds

I made a transaction to ma jazzcash wallet.. on 15 may. And i didn't receive the payment yet .. normally it take few seconds but this time its 2 days passed and i didn't receive payment..

    Same happened to me. Payoneer deducted the amount and didn't received funds in jazzcash wallet. Moreover when I call jazzcash they refer it to payoneer and when I contact payoneer they refer it to jazzcash. What's happening?

    It takes time i have received payment after one week...
