    Hello. I signed up about a week ago, and my account was approved after submitting required documentation but I do not have a Global Payment Service option under "receive". I need a US account to receive funds. My customer ID number is 37906960, and one of the ticket numbers I received for a query I recently logged is 200528-015085. Kindly assist.
