I need to change my email address but can't receive the verification code.

I tried to change my email address and a verification code was sent to the previous email. But I've deleted my account with the email service provider before.
Is there another way to change email address without confirming the previous email address?

The same problem. Verification code sent to my old Email which I have no access. Please help
