Payment sent not confirmed, I.D verification rejected. I need refund.

Greetings,

I made payment to someone since 23rd MAY, you asked that I verified my I.D which I did, but you reject it and that was my passport ID i sent , so i dont have any other ID. I have since paid the person via another way, so you promise to refund my money in 7 days, it more than 2 weeks now. I have not seen any money in amount. Please act fast on this. Thank you.
