Below you will find instructions on how to download a Transfer Confirmation from your My Account. Your bank may be able to use the Transfer Confirmation to locate the delayed payment.
Please follow these instructions:
Log in to your Payoneer account
Click on the "Activity" tab to view our recent payments
Locate the relevant payment and click the "paper" icon
Click "Download Statement"
Review the Transfer Confirmation and verify that your bank details are correct
Print the Transfer Confirmation statement and bring it to your bank
If you find that your bank details are incorrect or the Transfer Confirmation does not resolve the issue at your bank, please let our support center know for further clarfication:
