Money Still Pending

I have clients who sent me the money but they remained suspended and asked me to confirm the identity. I sent the required documents but they refused by refusing that the pictures are not clear, but the pictures are very clear with excellent quality.

    i have not received my payment on payoneer .i have send 29000 beans from likee app to payoner .why payoner does not show my payment in us dollers .
