Virtual Balance on Payoneer for users with frozen cards.

So, I have believed payoneer, that any new transactions will goes to my "Virtual balance" (balance is not on my card), and have send to me payment and I received it. BUT, Now I see that this "Virtual balance" is combined with balance on the CARD! I see money on the card, and I see money in total (USD). But, when I'm trying to withdrawal new money, payoneer saying me that this "TOTAL" balance on FROZEN CARD. So money again on the card, my old ones and new ones, and you can't withdrawal them. WTF??

    I have similar concerns - the payment is under way to me in USD and whatwill happen with it?

    Can anyone tell me how i can made or find virtual balance in my payoneer prepared card account?

    Hey, It is an alarming situation. Have you tried calling the support or contacting them on live chat or send a support email?

    Moreover, I wasn't able to send money from one Payoneer account to another. How did you manage to send funds to your Payoneer account? Was it from PayPal withdraw?
