    Like me, all I have is 1 bank (payoneer) and 1 card (payoneer card), did they not consider us when they make these decisions?

    Are we just human trash to them not worth consideration?

    Call them, contact on twitter, tell your local MP, complain on social media, tell your local newspaper.

    Anything to bring attention to this matter. Vulnerable people like us have not got some much power and are voices always get ignored so we have only few means to get attention like those.

    Do it and post the link here and i will support you. But I think its better if the hashtag is:

    payoneerscam

    for maximum effect and exposure, that should get them to see us as humans and acknowledge our suffering.

    Then when the media sees enough people complaining on social media they will make a news article out of it

    Absolutely agree. There are people that live in areas where there is no local bank supported by payoneer. For them, money is stuck in Virtual Balance. For me, I had to open a bank account, wait for approval and figure out how to survive for however long it will take to maybe receive the money. If a person is willing to risk their money by loading some of it onto current WireCard before new cards arrive, they should be allowed to.

    I tried funding my skrill account with the Payoneer card to try and make a transfer (Because nobody wants to receive Payoneer now) and this is what I got...

    If you take a look on topics where customers said have +10k USD on card they reply very fast!
    They dont give a fuck for who have low money.

    Guys, we need to be more patient. It's literally been 48 hours since the FCA unfroze the funds. It'll be a while until things are back to normal. Not 10 years, but not 2 days either. Unhappy clients are in no one's best interest. Card holders are a majority of Payoneer users, just wait until they have a new update.

    Let's sound our demands and remain civil until we hear back.

    What a relief!

    Now, in case Payoneer decide to issue new cards later, then please allow users to continue using the current card until the new one is received and activated. Regular mail delivery can take a lot of time, especially under current global lockdown measures. Some users need to withdraw their payments regularly and can't wait a month or more to receive a new card.

    My money got on the card, I get the "bank rejected" message, cannot withdraw them at ATM or pay online. If something will change I'll post an update.

    doesnt work and money is not getting loaded onto card. it got loaded one time. maybe gets loaded once everyday at night

    I was able to use the card for small amounts ($30, $30, $120) to topup Revolut which had a daily $200 earlier. Will post an update after I test ATM.

    i transferred money between my currencies then found money did not get loaded onto card

    the original currency had money loaded on card

    Guys, so today I have received the payment, it was transferred on the prepaid card and I was able to:

    • topup ~$200 to Revolut
    • withdraw ~$200 from ATM.

    If I tried higher amounts weird errors appeared like "card not allowed".. did not make sense but worked with lower amounts. So that's my update for you, I'll try higher amounts tomorrow, if something will change (good or worse) I'll post an update.

    Yes! everything seems fine with my balance. I made a payment also on 2nd July. But I want to make sure again that everything is okay with the card, so I will go later and check it.

    @nobodycaresaboutus - did you receive the confirmation email that balance funds will be transferred on cards? I did and for me it went smooth, the only incident was with the max amount per ATM withdraw transaction or payment, during the working hours I had a lower limit ($200), in the evening, after 9-10 PM it worked fine.

    Happy to share that everything is fine I paid now in the store. I don't know how this will be going on with bigger amounts but till now it is okay.

    Ok, so after Payoneer has announced (on blog and this forum - Leonid_Payoneer posted on the other thread) that they'll gradually start re-enabling the automatic funds transfer to the prepaid cards and that we'll receive an e-mail when the service is enabled for our accounts, on Thursday I've received an e-mail with this subject "Receive funds to your Payoneer Prepaid Card again".
    After that I did nothing, the new funds that came in the next day, on Friday, were available on my card.

    there is a good part, some of us received the email (I and @Masevaforum from what I see), the cards work.. compared to last week the current situation is significantly better, now it's just a matter of time... so I wish all of you good luck. @Leonid_Payoneer may be able to provide a timeline.

    I think they fixed it in european countries first and do not care for the plight or suffering of people in poor countries like Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, East Asian e.t.c
