I got a payment but the amount I got isn't avaible in my Payoneer Mastercard .

I got a payment . The amount I got is avaible in my account but not in my Payoneer Mastercard . I always have withdrawn my money from ATM with Payoneer Mastercard .
Is there still a problem with payoneer cards or I am only one I have this problem?

    You can no longer load money onto the Payoneer Mastercard.
    It now sits on the Payoneer virtual Balance, which you can withdraw to your bank account, otherwise your money is totally useless for now.

    hello, i got payment on 29 june, 2020 but my card haven't load since today. it shows zero balance on card. what is the problem i can't understand. when pay to facebook via card the card was declined. please inform me.
