no answer on the validation of my account and problem with the global payment service

I would like to submit my problem, hoping that payoneer will want to answer me.

I live in Africa, and the only way for me to receive my payments from my affiliate accounts on the internet is to use payoneer.
I created my account at the beginning of the month. I haven't received any email saying my account is approved. I sent my documents for verification, my national ID card and updated my information for my billing address as I noticed in the account.
since nothing like answer, radio silence.
my problem is that paying gives me at least an answer.
is my account approved yes or no?
can I finally have access to the global payment service to receive my payments from my affiliate accounts?
Is there a problem with my sent documents?
give at least one answer.

in the hope that I will be answered.

    Hi there. The account is approved and ready to receive payments. Regarding the Global Payment Service, please enter your Payoneer account and provide your full residential address. Once you do it, please contact our support center for faster assistance.

    Thanks to payoneer for yesterday's answer regarding the validation of my created account; I have updated my residenciellle address as described in your request yesterday. but I did not see concrete information to contact you at the support center level for a quick assistant.

    What should I do next for the full validation of my account and my access to the global payment service?
