Status of my mastercard/fiverr revenue card

Hello! I selected "Fiverr Revenue Card" option for my withdrawal on 6th of spetember 2019. Then I linked it to payoneer by "Already have a payoneer account?" option. Then fiverr showed that your application is under review and will send email when it is shipped. Then on the same day after about 10 minuted I got email from payoneer that your withdrawals will go into the USD balance in your payoneer account.

It is 14th of september as I am writing this and I have not received any kind of email about my fiverr revenue card/mastercard. I want to you check its status. If its not your work then please guide me what can I do about it. Also the "Fiverr Revenue Card" option is greyed out from that day.

    @tobisan123 We are still missing information that was requested of you.
    Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"

    There is an option of "Additional ID verification" too. Is that compulsory or just a simple option to choose from? Other option is "Government-issued photo ID" through which I will send the details again.
    Kindly tell me if that additional verification thing is compulsory or not. Thanks.

    But i dont have a card for my payoneer account will i get my fiverr revenue card ?

    please answer this!!!
