No response on my request to change my country

It has been 13 days since I sent a request via SEND MESSAGE to change the country on my Payoneer account, but I got no replies.

4 days ago, I logged in to check "My Requests" tab in my support history, and I saw nothing. So, I sent another request. Still no response or anything. The support history shows no tickets at all.

Is there a way I can make sure my message was received by the Payoneer support?

    Hey there. We can't find your account in our system. We recommended to contact our Customer Support department via the link - on chat, phone call or sending a private message via Facebook/Twitter, so they can assist you in a timely fashion.
