need help : change my us account details to receive money from paypal

i need to change my us account details from First Century Bank to Community Federal Savings Bank so i can receive money from paypal, i sent alot of messages to the payoneer support team but no one reply please please i need help

    Do you have a card with sufficient funds linked and verified on PayPal already? This needs to be done first so our details can work.

    Have you also provided a clear picture of your government issued photo ID?
