Request Payment with API

Hello. Please help me if you worked with Payoneer API and know anything about to do what I want.
I have an ability to send payment request to any email from inside of my payoneer account. I would like to do it automatically using the Payoneer API. I have researched documentation but still don't understand if its possible to do this. All I need is some kind of call where I can put email and amout and API would send payment request to this email. And then when payment is complete I can use some webhook. Is it possible? Thanks!
