Why I'm getting this: Currently the services doesn't support the selected payment route !

Hi there,
This is the first time I try to request payment on Payoneer, though I've created my account more than a year ago, and every time I try to request the payment after entering all the required fields' details I get this frustrating message, "Currently the services doesn't support the selected payment route".

Onetime I kept changing the details to random names then change it back to the original names and I proceeded to the next step and made the payment request but the client couldn't payment couldn't be made too.

Also the client tried to pay me directly without me sending a request and he got the same message after entering my Email, What is the solution for this because this is very frustrating.
