Mastercard still pending since 07 August

Hello.
I ordered a mastercard almost 2 weeks ago. I received an email message that it would take 3 business days to get a response, but It's still pending.

I also tried the support and received a message that in 2 business days you would contact me. No answer. Cannot use the chat either, it's always busy.

I would like to know, when I will have a response?
