why, I can't add a new bank account for withdrawal, it always appears' One or more of the details you entered are incorrect. Please try again. ', I have checked all the details that need to be filled in, nothing is wrong, why? and because of this my account was locked for a while
please help

    Our records show that your entering the wrong date of birth upon doing a withdrawal. Please contact our support center and provide them with a clear picture of your ID and an explanation as to the date of birth mismatch.
