Hello To The Community,
I need some help regarding card. I ordered the card on 18 August but it is stuck in "Pending Approval". It's been 7 days. I also opened a support ticket two days ago but no reply. Any help please?

    Please make sure that any documents requested of you have been submitted via your My Account ---> settings ----> verification center.

    Once you do, please wait 3 to 5 business days from submission date, for our department to review and reply back via email.
