My Balance is blocked and I'm not getting any response for a long time.

Hello, I'm Shovon Babu. I'm from Bangladesh. Last month my Payoneer account balance was blocked without any reason. Last time I clearly remember that I had requested a withdrawal in my mobile banking. It was my mistake that I requested a withdrawal in a mobile bank instead of a physical account. I guess, that's the reason they blocked my balance. But It's been a long time I requesting your support from "Send Message" option, email, phone, but I barely getting any response from them. Last time, a few days ago they asked me to send the last 4 digit of my bank account to transfer the balance. I've told the mistake and requested to transfer all the balance to my relatives payoneer account. But still I didn't get any response. Please help me withdraw my balance. I badly need my money. I don't know exactly why they blocked the balance, but as they told to transfer the balance, I just need to have it. I hope, here, someone atleast answer this. Thank you.
