Why is the Approval of Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard being delayed?

I ordered a Payoneer card on 20 August 2020. But the approval has not come yet. I really needed this and now I am wondering how long it is going to take for the card to arrive.

Can anyone tell me what I should do? :(

(I have submitted the necessary documents)

    Please make sure that all requested documents have been submitted and that you wait 3 to 5 business days from date of submission so our department can review what you sent in. Once there is an update you will be notified via email.
