Hello , I order my payoneer card on 19 Aug 2020 , but still it is on pending , why it is not approved ?

    @niko1327 Hello,

    Please make sure that you have submitted all requested information asked of you via your My Account ---> Settings ---> Verification Center.

    If once everything is submitted, you will need to wait for our department to review your request. Once their review is over, you will be updated via email about your card order.
