Appen says payoneer account inactive due to missing or additional information

I updated the required proof today for verification today itself but appen sends me an email saying the following
"Payoneer has marked it inactive due to missing or additional information needed from you.You must contact Payoneer directly to determine what additional information they need from you to get your account active. "

I tried to call customer support but for some reason they wont take my call for my customer Id
Im ready to present whatever proof is required,I just want this fixed asap

    @Valentino_Payoneer thank you for replying I tried to call customer care (atleast the indian numbers) and when I enter my customer ID it says they cant provide support to my customer ID, tried emailing and I get automated emails, tried DM'ing on twitter but I cant DM until they follow me (I even tried to tweet to them and still no reply )

    Still no fix but something atleast
