global payment service

hello,
i want to know about my global payment service status i have filled the questionaire August 15 and till today i didn't get any response if my request got approval or not it's taking to long time than it's supposed to take and i made awithdrawal from my skrill account and till now it didn't arrive is there a possibility that my withdrawal got rejected as the service ain't approved yet i have opened a ticket many times before but payoneer support takes to long to respond or doesn't respond at alli want to know why my questionaire didn't get approved till now what's going on with it my customer ID: 38473609
please check this matter and respond to me as soon as possible

    Yup, seems like nothing is being done. Requested CAD six days ago. Nothing.

    i started to lose my patience i don't know what they do to take such a long time they set response period from 3 to 5 business days they never respond on time and now they removed live chat after upgrading support page it's even to hard to find contact us page to open a request you have to look for article first and then if you didn't find a solution go to request a message to be sent and you have to wait if they will respond or not.
    i have delt with support staff more than i can remember payoneer is the worst of worst they make a small issue seems to be survival issue
