Pending payment

Hi,
I can not find directly the costumer service that I could contact directly. Bad.
The payment in my account is still on pending after more than one month. Strange.
All the requirement has been sent.
Please do something to fix this problem.

    If a payment is pending is due to needing verification. If you have submitted all requested documents correctly, then please allow a few business days from the date of submission for documents to be reviewed.
