There is no EUR receiving account in my payoneer.

Neither there is EUR receiving account nor any option to request the EUR receiving account in my payoneer. I messaged the support centre but just got an automated email suggesting to request to add account. I tried both in PC and mobile but there is no option for requesting EUR receiving account under global payment service.

    i recently joined payoneer, my homepage shows three account balance USD, EUR & GBP. But i can only find receiving account for USD & GBP, no EUR. Global payment service is available and i can request for CAD and JPY accounts. How can i get EUR account.

    I have the same problem.
    I wrote a few messages to the support, but I could not contact a real person, only an automatic message with instructions that do not work. My Customer ID is 39733309
    Please help otherwise my account is unusable.

    I have the same problem. I joined payoneer recently. I tried to contact support but I didn't get any feedback. I think the reason for this problem is that I entered my local bank account in EUR

    I have the same problem (ID: 39865849).

    I am missing the EUR account and SGD account on the receive details although I have notifications these accounts have been setup.

    Other accounts are showing find; Japan, UK, US, & Canada.

    I have exactly the same problem: homepage shows three account balances (EUR, USD, GBP), but only two receiving accounts (USD and GBP) without an opportunity to add EUR account, only CAD and JPY. My attached bank account is btw in EUR. Please assist,.

    I still don't have a Euro account in my "Global payment service".

    In GBP account only showing "Sort code" and Account number, Both number not accept amazon.
    need IBAN and BIC code number with EUR account.

    Hi, I am on the same boat, seems like this company is quite dangerous there is no real and straight way to get an answer from support, I tried calling , sending an email, starting a chat, nothing they are not answering. Why the heck would I trust them with my money? I also do not have an EUR Receiving account and no way of getting one neither.

    Thank you for your interest in the European Payment Service. In order to apply, please log into your Payoneer account, and perform the following steps:

    1. Click on the "Receive" tab at the top of the screen and find Global Payment Service
    2. Select "Global Payment Service"
    3. Find the relevant currency you wish to add
    4. Click "Request now" and follow the steps

    Once you complete the form, we will receive your request. Please note that each request is manually reviewed and is subject to eligibility. The timeframe for review is 7 business days.

    If there is not this option you must contact customer care directly to ask them to see if you are eligible and they can add it for you.
