Address Verification

Hi,

after the recent changes of transferring the prepaid cards from Wirecard to Payoneer Europe, Ireland i have been asked to very my address in the Verification Center.

The problem is that it asks for a government issued document not older than 3 months, but i don't have such a new document and with the situation with Covid-19 these adminstrative tasks are kinda slow i believe everywhere... So my question is why simple picture of front and back of my ID that is of course still valid is not enough to verify my address? i really don't know of any more valid document that proves my address aside of passport or ID that can verify this? And i certainly don't have a need to reissue these documents in near future since they are all perfectly valid for years to come. Is there some other form that this verification can be passed some other sort of document that can be enough and won't drag me to administrative institutions and loose days for it?

Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue. My drivers license is 4 years old, ID is 6 years old, and Passport as well. They are all valid, so I don't understand how to verify my account. I can't really go to police and ask them to give me another passport because I need it to verify account :)

I have the same problem. My initial mobile phone bill was refused after two months in the queue so I decided to call support. It turns out they don't accept mobile phone bills. You also aren't required to send them a scanned copy of the bill (even though it says so); a PDF e-bill that you received via e-mail will work just fine.

As all other utility bills are in my mother's name, I told the support rep that I can't provide it in my name and her reply was that I can send the bill made to my mother, as long as I also follow-up on their e-mail and send them my birth certificate (which I'll do as soon as I find it; it's around here... somewhere).

You'd have to call them, though. It's +1-646-658-3695 for people outside the US (see https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/CallUs and have your Customer ID ready), and they'll immediately check your submitted document (if you have one in queue) and suggest the next step. As much as I dread calling support, it was pretty easy this time, and instructions were straight-forward without waiting on hold for more than 5 minutes total.

Note though, that your gov't issued ID can be up to 12 months old (it doesn't help much in this case, I know), while your utility (gas/electricity/internet/...) bills can only be up to 3 months old.
