Paypal and payoneer

I have a client, he offered to pay me by paypal .

I linked my card to my paypal, the payment problem has not gone through.


I called the customer service of paypal, they told me that the problem is not with paypal but with your bank.


will my problem be solved? or I definitely forget my payment and work between paypal and payoneer

    The support here seems to not care anymore! They acknowledge that PayPal won't accept their main accounts provider. And when you try to request a Community Federal Account, all you get is a bot reply. Why not provide a button to request the damn account? Like it's hundreds of people asking for this crap anyway! Provide it for a damn fee and let us move on with our lives.
