Live chat & phone call disabled for specific account :#

Recently, I have called with payoneer support after that when I call back again it's say "We are not able to phone support at this time for your account" but when I use different account number it's working prefect that's mean my account blocked from phone call.

Also, tried to contact with payoneer live chat but it's cancel IMMEDIATELY.

When I send my request only getting autoreply. It's been 10 days not received first ticket reply from any human. Every time I create ticket it's payoneer provide auto reply and make the ticket as RESOLVED.

I WANT TO KNOW WHY PAYONEER DO THAT WITH SPECIFI CUSTOMERS?

    Hi. Why can't we directly contact support anymore. Can not be contacted by email, nor by message on Payoneer account, nonetheless chat. This is not making me feel safe having the money here. I should be able to contact you at any minute! This is how other similar services work.

    Hi @csam We can understand the frustration completely. The option to contact the support team is a bit limited right now as we are all dealing with the global pandemic. However, we do not want you to feel neglected! You can always feel free to message our Facebook or twitter page as well and our support team will be more than happy to help

    As the title says, via email, not via chat, phone, forum, or not even social media.

    I've been sending them messages via this form (https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/home), but only bot replied.

    I am facing same issue , i have submitted document 15 days ago , but still its under review. Try many times ,requests , Chat but canceled, Phone call but did not connect. Please let me much time they to take to verify

    I'm having the same issue, I'm trying to contact them through all the options and none are responsive, not by a human being at least, I need help... this is a terrible service...
