Urgent ! My funds $18k are hidden from my account and my card was blocked since November 24

Hi,

Since November 24, i can only see my EUR funds, i can't see or find my USD funds, it was more than $18k.

The same day i received an email from the support, they told me that a transaction was made without my permission, and they blocked my USD card. I accepted to receive a new USD card, but until now, it is in pending approval.

I sent several emails to the support without any response, i need the money for my business, now i want just to withdraw it to my local bank, but i can't do it because i can't see it from my account anymore, it is like it is hidden.

Please, can someone tell me what happen with my account?

    Please note, that most probably certain information was requested from your side to issue the new card. If the information was provided, it should be reviewed shortly and the card will be issued right after. Your funds are safe and you will have access to them once the new card will be activated.

    Hi, thank you, yes i provided a photo of my face with my ID, but it is still in pending approval since November 26, so since 8 days.
