I have this problem since OCT 2 and cannot withdraw funds

    I'm getting this error again and again when I'm trying to withdraw funds to my bank account. I have been using payoneer for more than three years now and never faced this issue before. Does someone know what is going on?

    Hello, jay7134,

    The reason is the expired card.

    Since your card has expired, it can no longer be used for transactions. While you're trying to withdraw to local bank, your funds are tied your Payoneer card which has already expired.

    You'll need to order for a replacement dollar Mastercard.

    Thanks for providing a detailed answer. I don't use card that's why I have not ordered new once and do I need to still order a new card to get paid.

Ordered for new one and got an email telling me that my my card will be closed by Dec 11th. I urgently need the money, and support is taking forever to help or even respond to my emails. Let me know if there is a solution

    It sounds like a minor technical issue. This should be resolved by now, but if you still see this error message, please send a full screenshot to our team so they can further investigate

    Hey, @jay7134 ,

    From experience, you'll need to order for a new card in order to be able to withdrawal your funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank.

    Most Payoneer accounts are set up with funds tied to the Payoneer MasterCard, so when the card expired, it makes it impossible to access the funds on it.

    Order for a new card.

    I sent you a DM which I'm still expecting your feedback. Maybe you've missed it. Please, I'll be glad if you could help get in touch with the appropriate department on Card approval.

    The replacement dollar MasterCard I order has been pending approval since on the 6th, October. I don't understand, but normally, it usually takes 3 business days to approve a card, but now, it's been more than 10 business days.

    I need this card for urgent use. Consider having once money meant for payment of bills here locked down for months because of a card?

    I'll be glad to see my issue attend in a timely manner.

    I am having this message again and again since days and once I have mail from support like a clear crash or use a new browser which I did but the problem is still there.
