Order First Card

Hello, I received yesterday 300$ money to my Payoneer account. It was the first payment I received. But on my account page card order choice yet not active. How much take time to activate the card order option?

    Hi, I am trying to order a card from Payoneer, but seems I am not eligible, but I don't understand why.

    I have more than 100 USD in my account and I am receiving regularly from a US-based customer, for more than 6 months. The method of payment is Wells Fargo bank, Direct Pay, through ACH transfer.

    Why this is not eligible? I think this is not an e-wallet.
    What other payment methods from US banks, like Wells Fargo, would make me eligible?

    Hi. You have received a $ 100 payment from a friend

    Now I want to order a Payoneer card. But I am finding a problem with the request so that I find this message in front of me preventing me from requesting the card
    the message: You'll be able to order a Payoneer card once you've received payments of at least 100.00 USD (or equivalent) to your account in the previous 6 months.
    *Not including Make a Payment and payments from wallets

    Please help me to order my card, I want the card urgently

    Please be advised that the minimum amount for a card is $100 but it must come from a supported payment option, kindly review our terms and conditions and our FAQ .

    Hi @nihadbakirli the option to order the card will become automatically available on your online Payoneer account once you have received at least $100 (or the equivalent amount in another currency) within the last 6 months in payments.

    Please note that payments received from eWallets (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Skrill) or the Make a Payment Service (payments sent by other Payoneer users) will not count towards this requirement.

    If I generate a payment, does it count?

    You can receive payments from one of the following methods:

    Important notes:
    The option to order the card will become automatically available on your online Payoneer account once you have received at least $100 (or the USD equivalent) within the last 6 months in payments.
    Payments received via the Make a Payment service, from eWallets, or from IPSPs (Internet Payment Service Providers) will not count towards the minimum threshold. For more information, please visit our Support Center.
