I can't request a payment, it redirects me to login page

I'm trying to request a new payment from Activity -> Payment Requests Sent, and then I click the "Request a payment" link without success. Every time I click on the link, it keeps redirecting me to the login page. I've tried to contact support with no luck, only chatbot responses without any sense. What can I do?

    Hey @hugogilmar

    I will recommend you to clear the cache and cookies from your browser and trying making the payment request from the incognito window. If that does not help, you can also try with a different web browser or device.
