We understand that you are expecting a payment from Freelancer.com and it was not received on your Payoneer account. To investigate this sort of case we will require that you send us an email to the customer care team.
For further assistance with this issue, please contact Freelancer.com. In case you are advised to contact Payoneer on this matter, please ask your Freelancer.com to provide you with a Partner Payment ID for the payment in question. The Partner Payment ID will help us to locate the payment. In addition, please provide us with the date the payment was sent and the payment amount.
If Freelancer.com cannot provide you with the Partner Payment ID, please reply with screenshots of your payment on their website and the correspondence you had with them. Please make sure that the screenshots are not cropped, and show the full page, including the URL.
