Freelancer to Payoneer withdrawal No money received.

I was trying out withdrawing money from Freelancer to Payoneer via Global Payment Service. My balance on freelancer got reduced and said that the withdrawal was successful. But I did not received any money into my Payoneer account. I used the USD Payoneer Account, as adviced, to do my transaction.

The Partner Payment ID will help us to locate the payment. In addition, please provide us with the date the payment was sent and the payment amount.
