Global payment service questionnaire under review?

Hello I have my Global payment service questionnaire under review but my national id approved can I get money and withdraw them to bank? And how many time need for get approved too ? I wait around 1 week now and don't know what to do plz help me?

    If you have received an email that your account is approved that means that you already can receive funds.

    @Valentino_Payoneer Mean while it say is under review I can withdraw money to my bank when they come ? Or will be pending?

    You do not need the Global Payment Service Questionnaire to be reviewed or approved before receiving payments.

    You may begin to get your funds whenever you are ready :)

    It's been 7 days since I submitted it.. And it seems I can't get paid until the profile's been reviewed and approved.. What is the reason for this horrendously long delay, if any?

    Hi @Raiyaan, the same applies to the business profile questionnaire. Once it's necessary our team will review it. Right now, there's no need to wait for approval, you can keep operating normally on your account.

    If there's any specific issue on your account, please contact customer support.

    For over a week now, I was required to answer some questions regarding my business profile and Global payment services. To this day, it is still under review with no headway. This is having a negative impact on my business. Kindly assist me in having my account fully functional again so I can continue receiving and making payments.

    I am hoping to receive my very first payment soon and was just wondering how long the verification process takes. I finished the application a couple of days ago.
